What is your cancellation and refund policy?

Accepted Answer

Cancellations made 30 days or more before the camp start date will receive a refund minus a $75 administrative fee.
 Cancellations made within 30 days of the camp start date are non-refundable.
 Missed days due to illness, travel, or personal reasons are not refundable and cannot be rescheduled.

Can I transfer my child to a different camp week?

Accepted Answer

Transfers to another camp week may be requested once, subject to availability and approval.
 If approved, a $50 transfer fee may apply.
 Transfers requested within 14 days of the camp start date may not be accommodated.
 Camp registrations are not transferable to another child.
