Camp Description
A playful, engaging music camp designed specifically for young learners. Children will explore rhythm, pitch, movement, and piano basics through hands-on activities, guided games, and creative music play in a small-group setting. This camp focuses on building musical awareness, listening skills, coordination, and confidence while fostering a positive and joyful first experience with music. No prior musical experience is required.

Camp Cancellation Policy
SUMMER CAMP POLICIES & LIABILITY WAIVER Registration & Payment Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure a spot. Spaces are limited and filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Cancellations & Refunds Cancellations made 30 days or more before the camp start date will receive a refund minus a $75 administrative fee. Cancellations made within 30 days of the camp start date are non-refundable. Missed days due to illness, travel, or personal reasons are not refundable and cannot be rescheduled. Transfers Camp registrations are non-transferable to another child. One transfer to a different camp week may be requested, subject to availability and approval. A $50 transfer fee may apply. Transfers requested within 14 days of the camp start date may not be accommodated. Camp Cancellations by the Academy Musical Minds Academy reserves the right to cancel a camp session if minimum enrollment is not met. In such cases, families will receive a full refund of all fees paid. Attendance & Behaviour Camp runs from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM, Monday to Friday. Parents or guardians are responsible for timely drop-off and pick-up. Musical Minds Academy reserves the right to dismiss a student whose behaviour is disruptive or unsafe. No refunds will be issued in such cases. Discount Policy Only one discount or promotional offer may be applied per registration. Discounts may not be combined. Health & Safety Parents or guardians must disclose any allergies, medical conditions, or special needs at registration. Students showing signs of illness should remain at home. Photo & Video Consent Photos and videos may be taken for educational and promotional purposes unless otherwise requested in writing prior to the start of camp. Liability Waiver By registering my child, I acknowledge that participation in camp activities involves inherent risks, including minor injuries related to movement, group activities, and the use of musical instruments and studio equipment. I voluntarily assume all such risks and release Musical Minds Academy Inc., its directors, instructors, employees, and contractors from any liability except in cases of gross negligence. I authorize emergency medical treatment if necessary and accept responsibility for any related costs. Agreement By completing registration, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to the above policies and liability waiver.
